I’m Josh Rutzen. I live in Colorado, where I lead in business, family, and faith.

I’m a Managing Director and business owner, and I’ve spent my career thinking about what it means to lead well — not just in the boardroom, but in every part of life.

The role I care about most is the one at home. I’m a husband and a father of three, and the lessons I’m still learning there — about patience, presence, and putting others first — shape how I show up everywhere else.

I’m also involved in leadership at my church, where I serve as a youth group leader and on the teaching team. Investing in the next generation and helping others grow in their faith is one of the most meaningful parts of my week.
